Wæm Hèf Wobme (/hɤf/ /ˈwobme/ [extinct] [reversal]) is a subtropical Town located in Vyasksktpeje Zone, Dewlǐq District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Hèf Wobme is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Hèf Wobme was founded by Grahr Trtêgartco, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Hèf Wobme has a yearly average temperature of 34°C (93°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 39°C (102°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 30°C (86°F). Wæm Hèf Wobme was founded durring the late 15th century in spring of the year 1375, by Grahr Trtêgartco. The establishment of Wæm Hèf Wobme was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Grahr Trtêgartco electing to pay people to resettle in Wæm Hèf Wobme.

Wæm Hèf Wobme was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Hèf Wobme is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Wæm Hèf Wobme is buildings folow an organic layout of restrictive paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. The would-be-castle fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.

A look around Wæm Hèf Wobme is like a look into a broken heart which long ago fell to corruption. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need… unless of course, they would be an easy target for some robbery. The town has truly fallen to evil.

Cultural Notes

Wæm Hèf Wobme is led by one or more incompetents. While they must have been very good at something to have acquired the position, they are fundamentally incapable of leading. Uncontrolled passions or lusts, commitment to a hopelessly impractical ideal, pigheaded obstinacy in the face of failure, a total lack of charisma or interpersonal skills, or profound laziness might all unfit them for their post.

Wæm Hèf Wobme's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Wæm Hèf Wobme was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Wæm Hèf Wobme lost 282 people, 218 livestock, and 68 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 37, when members of Wæm Hèf Wobme's militia enacted an operation to destroy a particular vault. The operation was complicated by the army's activities draw the wrath of formerly neutral parties. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Wæm Hèf Wobme's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Wæm Hèf Wobme's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
